The guitar playing on this tune is incredibly complex and polyrhythmic while maintaining a very simple aesthetic. On top of that is House’s incredibly powerful voice – it’s one of those voices like Howlin’ Wolf’s that probably overwhelmed audiences, demanding their attention. read more

This story reminds me of Al Franken’s book Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them. Comey was straightforward in calling out Pres. Trump’s character as one who is prone to lying. This is a problem with politicians in general, but Pres. Trump is particularly brazen in the lies he tells. He is likely to go down as one of our worst Presidents, up there with Richard Nixon and Andrew Johnson.
